About Armadillo

Established in 2002 we are a firm of building contractors operating in South West London, West London and Surrey. Although originally a loft conversion specialist firm, we also carry out ground floor extensions, whole house refurbishments and design and construct garden studios. We are specialist contractors with access to structural engineers, interior designers and architects and frequently take on projects where we coordinate all aspects of residential refurbishments.

We are customer focussed and understand that we have no business without our clients. It is our ability to look after them and manage their expectations and budgets and deliver well managed and innovative solutions that sets us apart in an industry rife with inconsistency and conflicting advice.

We are transparent and upfront about what is possible and what is not. We won’t accept an instruction without being completely clear about any unforeseen costs that may be incurred during the early stages of a project. We price our jobs carefully and thoroughly and there are no hidden extras other that those items that we are asked to do that do not form part of the agreed scope of work. If there are any aspects of costs that are likely to increase after we have quoted, we will identify these early on in the process before the works commence.
